Home Health Aide (HHA)

Part Time / Full Time / Per-Diem
ROLE
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes.
Your Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry
Help patients with mobility and transfers
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
Requirements
Experience in patient observation and memory care preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and caring attitude towards senior care
Previous experience in long term care is beneficial
Must have a reliable form of transportation
License/Certification:
HHA
CNA
RESULTS
CNA certification
Complete and document all assigned tasks for each client
Report any abnormal signs from clients
Report abuse
Attend all staff meeting
Provide care in a nurturing and respectful manner.
Ability to keep CPR and First Aid Certification current.
Ability to report and record any and all incidents promptly.
Have good attendance
Keep Clients’ safe
